What happens after you're matched
Your provider guides the whole thing — you don't have to manage the steps. In plain terms: someone visits (in person, or remotely when that works better) to understand the goals and the home, puts together a plan for the technology that makes sense, gets it set up, and sticks around to train everyone and iron out the kinks. About a year in, they check how it's working and adjust.
